CentriVap Pro Vacuum Concentrator

CentriVap Pro Benchtop Vacuum Concentrators are designed to rapidly concentrate multiple small samples using centrifugal force, vacuum and heat. A touch screen interface and integrated software allow for real-time control and display of run parameters, data collection and storage, program development, and diagnostics. As many as 312 samples may be processed at once when utilizing double-stacked rotor arrangement. Sample sizes range from a few microliters up to 50 milliliters. CentriVap Concentrators are also available as one component of CentriVap Concentration Systems.

Features

  • 5" Touchscreen display offers complete control without any extra equipment.
  • Easily view, plot and export sample run data for analysis and publication. CSV and PDF file formats supported.
  • VaporWorks™ OS allows customization and storage of run parameters to build a virtually unlimited library of sample methods.
  • Ethernet connectivity for automated alerts about sample run data, method parameters, maintenance, and software updates.
  • In-run parameter changes allow full manipulation of rotor speed, temperature, run time and vacuum pressure without stopping the program currently in progress.
  • Stackable sample rotors double your lab’s sample capacity; available on select rotor styles.
  • Rotor imbalance detection protects the instrument by alerting users of potential balance issues.
  • Built-in vacuum delay prevents bumping by allowing the rotor to achieve speed before applying vacuum.
  • Built-in vacuum gauge allows for accurate vacuum pressure readings and control.
  • Customizable rotor speed from 500 to 1800 RPM.
  • Chamber preheat feature achieves temperature set point before samples are placed in the chamber.
  • Lid latch with safety sensor locks the lid in place when the rotor is turning and prevents start up when the lid is open.
  • 300-watt heater speeds evaporation by supplying a controlled amount of heat from OFF to a maximum of 100° C in one-degree increments.
  • Audible alarm signals completion of programmed method.
  • Pre-programmed menu of methods for a wide variety of sample types.
  • Desiccant mode for vacuum desiccation of samples and Lyo-mode for small scale benchtop lyophilization when combined with a rotary vane vacuum pump.
  • End point assist aids in determining dryness on select sample volumes and temperatures.
  • Full one year warranty provided against defects in materials and workmanship.
