Neighborhood drug stores and clinics offer walk-in visits for minor medical needs, over the counter medicine, and prescriptions.
Urgent care centers offer non-critical emergency care, there are many located around Kansas City. It’s often a better choice for non-emergency needs, typically offering quicker evaluation at a lower cost than an emergency center at a hospital.
