Commander Eunice Cooper wins FREE CApture Portable Fuming System
When we announced Commander Eunice Cooper (pictured right) from the Miami Police Department in Florida as the winner of a FREE CApture™ Portable Fuming System, we had no idea she was a famous crime scene investigator. Commander Cooper heads the Miami Police Department Homicide Unit and has been featured in episodes of A&E’s real-life series called THE FIRST 48, one of the most watched non-fiction investigative series on cable.
Commander Cooper joined the police department in 1982, and joined the homicide department in 1988. A native of Miami, Cooper loves being a homicide detective. "The thrill of getting the bad guy and being able to put him or her away" is what drives Cooper to work as hard as she does.
Labconco Sales Representative Robin Perkins (pictured left) said she was happy to deliver the CApture™ to the Miami Police Department and meet Commander Cooper who was totally delighted to “win something for real.” Perkins provided training to members of the CSI team, so the CApture was immediately available for use in the field.
The CApture™ Portable Fuming System will allow the Miami CSI unit to easily perform Cyanoacrylate or superglue fuming at the crime scene without being exposed to the harmful fumes of the glue. The unique collapsible design includes a filtered blower to safely exhaust the fumes that are created with a programmable heater that includes digital readout.
Congratulations again, Commander Cooper, and thank you to all who entered this giveaway. For information on the CApture™ Portable Fuming System, view the CApture instructional video:
