Product Service Representative
This position will answer customer calls on installation and service; troubleshoot and dispatch service technicians to perform warranty repairs. This position requires technical expertise in a customer service focused position. Candidates must understand the operation and functions of specific products assigned; assist in the in-house training of both internal associates and external servicers that work on our products in the field; document the handling of all customer service issues and follow through to identify trends and possible root cause; arrange repairs of malfunctioning products via outside servicers. Occasional travel to customer sites and repair equipment when necessary. Interface with Engineering and Quality Assurance departments to assure they are aware of any nonconformance affecting quality.
Qualified applicants will possess a technical degree (2-4 years) or HVAC experience a plus. We are seeking someone with a customer driven attitude that also possesses a strong mechanical aptitude and PC skills.
Manufacturing Administrative Assistant
This position will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reports; administrative support for our Purchasing department and our Manufacturing managers.
Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma and preferably some college. We are looking for an experienced individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; excellent attention to detail; highly organized and efficient; and a willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed. Applicants must have strong proficiency in computers, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new programs. Experience in using report writing software is a plus. Export Coordinator

Export Coordinator is responsible for the processing and coordination of all international orders, shipments and correspondences. Responsibilities include: writing, processing and expediting all sales orders for international business for all territories; preparing necessary documentation for all export shipments including banking, negotiating of letters of credit and securing credit approval from accounting when required; verifying that all international partners and shipments are in full compliance with US Export Regulations; verifying HTS classifications for exports; clearly and precisely communicating internally regarding any changes or issues on orders; ability to determine root causes and problem solve with little supervision; coordinating actual shipment and invoicing of orders with Shipping and Accounting; handling telephone inquiries and fax correspondences relating to international business. Applicants must be fluent in Spanish, have experience in the international/export field, have a minimum of 2 years experience, be mechanically inclined and have scientific aptitude.
Sales Engineer/Project Manager
Kansas City, Missouri
We are seeking an individual to manage our fume hood product lines and custom fume hood projects. Ideal candidates will have BS in engineering or science and some knowledge of the scientific market. The Project Manager will help manage laboratory equipment projects through submittals, to shipping to installation and customer approval. Provide technical support to our laboratory furniture dealers and Labconco domestic sales force. This will include market research, product development and introduction, customer application support, promotional activities, coaching and training. Approximately 20% travel for trade shows, conferences and architect and engineer calls. CAD experience and/or experience with project specifications are required. Preferred qualifications: marketing activities and presentation skills, selling skills, strong writing skills and knowledge of the construction process.
Assembly Supervisor

Assembly Supervisor is responsible for helping to achieve and maintain a highly productive Assembly Department. The Supervisor will assist in advising and making recommendations to the Assembly Department Manager, and other department personnel, with respect to the best interests of the Company whenever Assembly activities are involved. The ideal candidate has excellent supervisory experience with strong focus on quality. Qualifications include: minimum 3-5 yrs supervisory experience in manufacturing environment, proven mechanical aptitude, proven employee relations skills, goal achievement in team building environment, excellent organizational, communication and PC skills. Prefer experience in lean manufacturing, materials management and manufacturing engineering. College degree preferred.
